Terms of service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Who we are
Nocturne is provided by Lunar Computing, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By making an account or using Nocturne you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
- Nocturne is invite-only for now. An invitation is for the person it was sent to.
- You must be 16 or older to use Nocturne.
- Keep your devices and sign-in methods safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can invite others into a shared workspace and choose what they can do there. Owners of a workspace can change or remove what is in it.
Your content
What you put in Nocturne is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so that we can run Nocturne for you and the people you share a workspace with. You can export it at any time.
Don’t use Nocturne to store or share anything unlawful, to harm others, to break into systems, or to send spam. We may suspend an account that does.
Connected services and AI assistants
When you connect another service (such as Google, GitHub or Stripe) Nocturne acts for you within the access you give it, and that service’s own terms also apply. When you connect an AI assistant, it can read and change your workspace within the access you grant, and you are responsible for what you ask it to do. Nocturne records what assistants did so you can check.
Plans and payment
Nocturne is free while it is invite-only.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nocturne available and your data safe, and we keep encrypted backups. Nocturne is new and still changing, and it is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
We may change or stop features. If we ever close Nocturne, we will give you notice and time to export your content.
Ending
You can stop using Nocturne and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for a serious breach of these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
